These terms and conditions apply to selling and shopping in the electronic store at: http://www.benzinroller.eu/
The customer (consumer) is obliged to familiarize himself with our terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are an integral part of the sales contract between the customer (consumer) and the seller (supplier).

The seller offers the customer goods in his electronic department store. If the customer orders goods from the seller and the seller confirms the order bindingly, a sales contract is concluded between the two contracting parties. The subject of this sales contract is the seller's obligation to deliver the goods ordered to the customer and the customer's obligation to accept the goods ordered and to pay the agreed price of the goods and / or the fee for payment in cash upon delivery.

1. All prices of goods offered are indicated with VAT. The price includes all other taxes and fees related to the goods. The purchase price of the goods is the total price of the goods and the VAT derived from the price of the goods.
2. The seller delivers the goods to the address given by the buyer. Installation of the purchased goods is not included in the delivery.
3. The delivery of the goods is only realized after the credit in the amount of the price of the goods on the seller's account. If the customer pays with cash on delivery, the delivery is realized in terms of the agreement between both parties.
4. The goods are deemed to have been delivered if they are delivered to the customer at the agreed time to the agreed address.
5. The guarantee does not cover the wear and tear of the goods as a result of ordinary use, such as use in a dusty or wet environment, amateur intervention or incorrect ratio of the combustion mixture (gasoline + oil).
6. The seller does not make the personal data obtained in this way available to third parties (with the exception of carriers in order to be able to deliver the goods properly, and business partners in order to be able to procure the required goods).
Personal data are only provided in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract as per Paragraph 2. The Seller will return the funds no later than fourteen (14) days after the withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement requested by the Buyer in the same manner as received from the Buyer. The seller can also terminate the contract during the return of the goods if the customer agrees and does not incur any further costs.

If the buyer withdraws from the sales contract, the seller is not obliged to return the received funds to the buyer until he gets the goods back from the buyer or the buyer proves that he has already sent the goods. To a minimum, so that the contract concluded between the customer and the seller can be properly fulfilled.
